Details: Join us live via Zoom for a fun filled morning! Four professional metal artists will demonstrate their skills, tools and techniques for approx 20-40 minutes each. After each demonstration the artist will open up the floor for a Q&A session. We don’t want to spill the beans too soon, but there just might be some special offers from some of our presenters and an extra special door prize that will be given away to one lucky registered guest! And that’s not all! We’ve also got an online silent auction that runs from 2/19 until Demo Day ends on 2/25 where you can bid on goodies from our members such as hand-cut cabochons and hard to find jewelry books, as well as new tools from our friends at Rio Grande, NC Black, Lion Punch Forge and more! 

Demo Topics: David Huang is going to show up the tools and techniques he uses to raise a small hollow vessel (it’s the one in the photo on this page!). Bette Barnett will introduce us to her favorite patinas and finishing products for steel jewelry. Our friends at Little Metal Foxes are going to show us how to use the new Soldering Stencils from Lion Punch Forge, and Bill Gallagher will demonstrate how to cut a custom cabochon with his home lapidary set up.
